22 TTRS cars, 23 drivers, one Jaguar XJS.

This was the Simon Newburys first race, and first drive in the white XJS. Simon very kindly allowed me to race it in the second TTRS race. Disaster struck on lap 1!

Having qualified out of session I (Dave Robbie) was keen to make up as many places as possible on the first lap! The plan was working well up to Park bend, then it all went pear shaped at Chris Curve as to avoid a collision I put two wheels on the damp green stuff and the pic below shows the result!

Since the incident Dave Robbie now jointly owns this XJS!

With a little T cut and a few minor adjustments the car should be back out at the TTRS race on the Silverstone GP circuit in October! Expect to see several other XJS's at this meet!
